Enhancing the Adidas Consumer Journey With Visual Search

In this report, I sought the validity of, and proposed a solution for, a personal and assumably universal pain point: When consumers choose to shop in-store but buy online, the inability to easily locate products causes a loss of interest and subsequent lost purchases. This proposal seeks to address this point of friction between in-store and online experience for the Adidas consumer.
