Building Brand Experience:

How Technology Adds Relevancy and Value to Brick-and-mortar Retail

In this essay I examine the impact of technology in brick-and-mortar retail, how it is and can be integrated into a brand’s business model and how it aids in shaping overall consumer experience. By analyzing brands Sneakerboy, Indochino and Selfridges & Co., I aim to demonstrate the successful integration of technology in the retail model as well as understand its value in the consumer experience.
